My last day in Ireland

Wednesday :

It's my last day in Dublin. This evening I will return to Paris. I have decided to do some shopping in Grafton Street !

 

I bought a lot of souvenirs for my family and my friends.

The visit of Dublin

Tuesday :

I have already been on a double decker bus during my travel to London last year. Today, I'm on a double decker bus for a city round trip. I passed in front of Trinity College, Kilmainham Jail
and I stopped in front of Dublin Castle. It is a very old castle which was built in 1204. 

Then, I had a look to the statue of Molly Malone. There is a song which is the official anthem of Dublin.

Molly Malone was a pretty fishmonger who sold cockles and mussels in streets on Dublin.

Monday :

Today, it rained in Dublin !

There was nothing to do so I went drinking chocolate in a café.

My first day in Dublin

Sunday :

Today, I went to St. Patrick's Cathedral. This cathedral is the prettiest I've ever seen !
It was built in the thirteenth century. St. Patrick's Cathedral is where St. Patrick baptized his first local converts.

At midday, I had a picnic in Phoenix Park and in the afternoon I visited the Dublin Zoo.

 In Dublin Zoo, there are many animals. There are giraffes, elephants, monkeys, lions, sea lions ...

The departure from Paris to Dublin

Saturday :

I flew from Paris to Dublin in Ireland. The flight lasted 1 hour 25.

I went to Best Western Dublin Skylon Hotel and I settled down with my family.
